A dope new beat tape, "C O L O R S", just crossed our desk by a production duo named, nateXcharity. nateXcharity is a collaboration consisting of "2015 iStandard Beast of the Beats" winners, Nate Coop and Charity Evaughn. They most recently known as the creators of the beat that Desiigner, Lil Dicky, and Anderson.Paak rocked on for the "2016 XXL Freshmen cypher".  "C O L O R S" is the Texas duo's instrumental EP where the group uses their distinct styles to paint a vibey experimental picture of Hip-Hop, Pop and Trap. Here's my interpretation of their 7-track offering. Enjoy! 

"Black Magic" is mystical street music that tells a story.

"Crimson" is mean and rugged with knocking percussion and erie screams in the background.

"Indigo" is an uptempo gem that can get you moving.

"Azul" is an off-kilter experimental hiphop joint that consistently surprises you with different elements.

"Grey Scale" is a sound like a journey through space and time.

"Emerald Island" is a pop dance track. sounds like the next the next Bruno Mars smash hit lol!

"Purple High" has a dope boombap sound to it then transforms to an all out groove. Feel the vibes.
