World Wide Bus (PKA Torando Ruffin and formally known as Bigbus) has released his latest project “Crucible”. The 8 track album highlights World Wide Bus’ ability to connect with his audience with relatable songs, catchy hooks and head nodding production. To provide context, he defines what the album means as “cru·ci·ble- a situation of severe trial, or in which different elements interact, leading to the creation of something new.” The Detroit based emcee delivers a diverse collection of songs with standout tracks “Figures”, “Places” and “Gone Eat”.
Influenced by hip hop artists Rick Ross, Young Jeezy, and Yo Gotti, he aims to create dynamic experiences through his music. He also credits Jay Z’s “Life and Times of S. Carter Vol. 3” as the album that sparked his interest in creating music. Tell us what you think of World Wide Bus’ new project, Crucible, by dropping a comment below. -Julian Keaton
